  • I have never dealt with someone so kind, straight to the point, and helpful! I originally brought in my Dyson to be fixed due to a broken part. Come to find out, more parts were needed to continue its lifespan. Nate helped fix and install the parts necessary with no additional cost to me. The Dyson Service Center really seems to pride itself on customer service! Nate, the employee who was working there, seems like an incredibly hardworking employee who takes extra time with his customers. He never made me feel rushed, and was willing to take the time to show me how to use or clean my vacuum properly. He even insisted on carrying my vacuum out to my car when I came back to pick it up. I can tell that he truly tries to go above and beyond for the Dyson company. Excellent service!
