Stay here a few times a year and love it. Never had a problem.
Their customer service goes above and beyond. I get an email before my stay (from a real person who I can respond to) if there's info that I need to know. For example, just got one today for a stay this weekend to inform me that a bunch of streets will be closed on Sunday due to the Pittsburgh Marathon, along with specifics about how to get to/from the hotel during this time. Can't beat that!
