I cannot express enough in writing at my disgust with Paddy O' and their sales staff. Jill M is one of the worst with customer service. I ordered umbrellas on April 15 and was told my products would arrive on Jun 10. When that date came and went without a call telling me what's going on I had to call them. Then Jill tells me the delivery date was always in July...even after I tell her I have the invoice showing the Jun date! WTF? Upshot is one umbrella arrives, old one gets fixed (thanks to Nancy is service) but then I'm told Jill ordered the WRONG umbrella canopy with no ETA on right one. Again, WTF?? And...they cannot tell me when I'll get the right one I already paid for!! Even Jill's supervisor Sharon didn't do anything to make the situation better! No refund of anything, no credit...nothing. After this experience I will never buy anything from these people again. Avoid them! There are a lot better outdoor furniture companies in Phoenix. They claim to "be empowered to exceed my expectations."
Ok, update. I was working with the repair shop and they were actually very nice. I'm remiss in naming the manager of this department but she is actually on the ball. She returned my money and got me the canopy for the repaired umbrella. The guys came out and installed it quickly and professionally - they took all trash and packing materials. First rate job. So, at least maintenance and repair is really on top of things. Thank you.
