i know it's hard to pick things when you sit down at a newly opened restaurant. that's why, i tend to pick things based on waiters' suggestions. i had no idea what to pick and went off all her suggestions. the waitress was nice, and the window view of the bellagio fountains was nice (occasionally covered by buses, and "hot babes" trucks). our waitress had suggested some white wine to pair with our mediterranean pasta. i honestly had to say that the mediterranean pasta was way too tangy for my taste, and needed to offset the taste with a lot of pepper. i wished that i had known about the underlying $3 for two slices of garlic bread; not a basket; two slices.
i want to come back but only for the expensive desserts and drinks and not the dinner. there is a first for everything but i do think this place deserves a second chance.
