Even thou I have never been able to purchase a vehicle from Hyatt. I have used both their parts department and service department. I used to own a SL and got to know both their Parts department and Service Manager too well. Recently we purchased our 2nd Mercedes (not from Hyatt again). But I can highly recommend their service department. My service advisor Jesse MacLean is top notch. He was able to get our vehicle in right away for a look when the wipers suddenly stopped working. I also elected at that time to get some maintenance done and got the feeling that Jesse only recommended the work that was really needed and not just hunting for work that was not really needed. (See my reviews with concern to getting my Wife's BMW serviced). On the plus side the parts pricing is relatively fair for a Luxury brand in comparison to both Porsche and BMW (both brands we previously owned. We also found the service rate to be fair for what has been involved. I would have gone 5 stars, but their service shuttle program is greatly lacking. Next Time I have to visit Jesse; I'll bring my Bike and bike to work instead of waiting around for the shuttle. Jesse on his own gets 5 Stars, the shuttle service, not so much.
