  • Well I meant to leave a review back in Jan 2016 when I first had service with them but I'm a lazy, and a procrastinator. Back in Jan it was cold and my heating was not working. Nothing coming out of the vents, no air what so ever. I called the office for an apt after checking Yelp for reviews of local places. I was shocked to get a same day apt for service. Professional Tech Steve showed up on time and was briefed on the situation and off he went to work. Checked the attic and found that the Blower Wheel had come apart from 7yrs of use and started to shred. He removed it with the Blower Motor and took it back to the office. Next day Steve installed the new Blower Wheel and adjusted the Blower Motor. Just like that done, fast friendly honest service, no up sells here. Price paid was reasonable and I had no issues paying. Fast forward to today May 2016 and the heat coming early to Vegas. Bam turn AC on, air coming out but not cold, look outside HVAC not on, damn not spinning nothing. I try to self diagnose, maybe fuse right? swap it out with HVAC next to it (downstairs unit), nothing. Well thats about all I know, time to call in the Wolf. Called the office same day apt, guess who shows up, yup the Professional Tech Steve again. Steve turned on the AC, saw nothing coming from HVAC, checked the fuse, checked the wiring then determined no power coming from the unit in the attic. Out comes the ladder, up he went into a hot sweaty hell. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue, and corrected it. It was so minuscule a contact that had come lose. Bam, within minutes cold AC flowing throughout my two story casita. Ladder packed up, exchanged a few words of thanks and off Steve rode into the sunset. No doubt I recommend this honest local business, and will spread the great service, about them to friends and family. Feel free to use them without anything to worry about.
