Management reached out to me and treated me to a free sandwich. The staff was super friendly, and left me with a smile on my face. (And a cookie, too)
I think that the major issue here is the company's online "customer feedback" option. When I had sent MY customer feedback online, the people that contacted me back were from a third party customer service provider. I think that the reason that I waited so long for a response from management is because "the middle man" took such a long time to process it. It was pretty frustrating.
