| - By far the worst experience I've had at a car dealership. The salesman i spoke to on the phone made an appointment with me for 4:30pm. However, when I showed up he told me he couldn't meet with me and instead, referred me to a younger employee with under a year of experience. As I presumed, This did not go well. The younger, inexperienced employee had me test drive the car, spend 2 hours filling out all the paperwork, signing forms etc. and at the last minute he told me someone else signed the paperwork at the same time as me. He then continued to walk back and forth from his desk, leaving me doubtful that I would even get the car at this point. He continued to assure me that I would be the one to leave with the car nonetheless. He later tells me that the other buyer signed the papers first and that contrary to what he told me at first. As a result, we were not able to buy the car that we made the appointment for and ultimately wasted two hours of our life thinking that we were finalizing a deal. I was completely exasperated. Terrible customer service and waste of time. These people are liars, inconsiderate, misleading and not to mention WAY overpriced. The employees were also all very young, inexperienced, impolite, off task joking around, and unprofessional on the Job. The guy I talked to Christopher seemed nice on the phone but when I got there in person, he barely acknowledged me, had a funny attitude and brushed me off like it was nothing. Not to mention he flaked on our appointment we made 2-3 days in advanced. Save yourself the time and hassle, and shop elsewhere. I hope this Prevents others from experiencing pitiful customer service and outright disrespect like I did. Cheers!
