  • Went to this place due to generally good reviews and the purchase experience was quite pleasant but went down hill from there. Bought a fountain and the pump went out within 2 months. The pleasant and helpful demeanor experienced during the sales process quickly went away when I brought the pump back and instead got the 'pass the buck' attitude that I had to deal with the manufacturer's warranty on my own as stated on their fine print. Not a good sign when a business chooses to hide behind the fine print as opposed to standing behind the products they sell. Buyer beware.
