  • I was offered an opportunity to try lash extensions as a model and scheduled my appointment for the following Friday. Less than an hour before they called me and told me my girl was unavailable and I rescheduled to the next Monday. On that day when I showed up I was told to sit and wait by the lady at the counter. Probably 15 minutes later she informed me that the girl who was supposed to be doing my lashes had left a half hour before and was not answering her phone. She then said I was free to wait around but did not think she would be returning. She did no offer any other solutions nor an apology for the poor service and waste of my time.
