| - This is THE best apt complex in Scottsdale. Lots of variety in floor plans, great views. Amazing extras, like the pool, exercise & yoga fitness center, and residents events. The apartments are constructed extremely well, and have lots of features. The shops and restaurants of Scottsdale Quarter are seconds away from your door. One of the nicest and professional leasing team you will encounter. Highly recommended. You must see it for yourself.
After reading some of the other reviews...I would like to address some of the comments....as a current resident. First just some background. I moved into my apartment on the first day it was available when the building was brand new. I did my research and picked out a floor plan that is absolutely perfect in every regard. I have amazing friendly and polite neighbors that live on my floor. No matter where you live there will always be situations that are not perfect, but overall I think some of these reviews were written to be reactionary instead of with a calm demeanor.
My enthusiasm for Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter has not changed. Yes, there have been neighbor challenges, but unlike the other reviews...I can tell you management stepped in and took care of the issues. I even believe one of the same neighbors was the one causing an issue with another post that was written. That specific neighbor no longer lives in this building. When management is involved it may take time, but the situation is ultimately resolved. The amenities of this complex are amazing...and the current management is always open to suggestions and feedback for other events. Boutique pop up shops, wine tastings, free yoga classes, discounts and perks at various Scottsdale Quarter businesses....are just some of the amenities living here. I love the assigned parking, beautiful pool with cabanas, stunning clubhouse with seating and dining entertainment areas, nice big screen tvs in the pool area, nice common areas and a secure building with courtesy patrol. We do have a secure package locker for Amazon, UPS packages. We also have a secure mail room. If you have a dog, there is a doggy spa room for you to bathe your pet. I for one LOVE living at Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter and look forward to renewing my lease for another 15 months fairly soon.
Update:February 2018. Renewed my lease for 15 months...still love living here! My apartment is nice and quiet...no issues. Neighbors are nice and respectful on my floor..very quiet at night. Double paned windows keep the cold out and the majority of the outside noise as well. Awesome place to live as the management has exclusive events and promotions for residents like the BBQ food truck on Tuesday and Thursday. Highly recommended.
