  • Our first visit to Handles left us stuffed and in a sugar coma! It was hot and muggy and the 2 young girls were obviously tired from slinging ice cream for hours, but still smiled when they greeted us. What we ate: Mint chip milkshake: YUM OREE-dough milkshake: YUM Chocolate marshmallow: YUM I added malt which made it even more amazing Double scoop of peach and caramel pretzel crunch: YUMMIEST They were out of the highly recommend by fellow yelpers, chocolate caramel. Sad for today, good because now I'll have to go back. I watched the gals make the milkshakes and now that I know that I've just drank up 5 scoops of ice cream, I feel like a champ and that I can do anything! Only downer was how long it took to get our goodies, but that seems to be par for the course for roadside ice cream stands.
