Terrible, absolutely! terrible.
We have been with Verizon for years now. It's a horrible phone company.
I went to the Apply store twice to be told that it was my carrier (Verizon) why my phone isn't connecting.
The general manger JASON was very unprofessional! He looked like he has been drinking. He smelt, he's nails were dirty. I told him that getting a new phone is not an option because the problem was in my carrier. He then tells me that I was being unprofessional! I can't wait till we are free from Verizon!
I will be calling customer service to file a complaint against Verizon and the general manger JASON
UPDATE ( on phone with customer service) SHE told me that there has been several complaints on the general manger JASON)
