  • When they tell you they don't negotiate, they do. We went in for a certified used car listed at $18,900, an had a trade they valued at $5,700. We ended up paying $18,500 and got $6,000 on the trade. Not a lot but better than nothing. The sales staff and the finance lady were great. The reason I give 3 stars instead of 5 is that whoever details their cars did a terrible job cleaning the inside of the car.
