  • We originally came here because of the 5 star reviews....we were turned away the first time because we didn't have an appointment! Please note this!!! I have never been to an Asian foot spa where you needed an appointment. We left and went to the next place a block down. Second time: I wanted to try it again because of the 5 star reviews so I made an appointment for my husband and I. We showed up at our scheduled appointment time and were promptly told we didn't have an appointment. We had to argue with the man at the front desk!!! I finally convinced the man I was speaking with that I just spoke to him over the phone (he refused to take my name only phone number for reservation). Then he proceeded to say our appointment wasn't for another half and hour. We decided to sit and wait in the waiting area. I started to feel like maybe we had unseen horns coming out of our foreheads! We are a decent clean good looking couple. After waiting 10 minutes I glanced at the counter and saw a sign that said give us a 5 star review and we'll give you $5 off... Ding ding ding....that's why this place got a great review. We were so pissed off we left and went to a foot spa down the street. I can't attest to the actual massage, but definitely won't be back!!!! Walk ins and appointments are definitely NOT WELCOME!!!!
