  • Traveled with travel agent Charlotte Hoek on a Mediterranean cruise. This woman provides poor customer service. She cannot give you a straight answer to a question. She purposely enters your data into her system incorrectly so you can't access your account. She doesn't give you a receipt for what you paid for. She lies to you then tries to act like she gave you information. This is not an ethical travel agent.
