  • Needed to rent tables for Christmas party and the young man who answered the phone after it was rerouted from the party rental department wasn't able to help me. I understand this. It's not his forte. He tried reaching someone in the party dept but no one answered. It wasn't lunch time and it wasn't after business hours, so I think we were both a bit baffled. He kindly took my information and said someone would call me right back. This was the Monday after Thanksgiving, mind you. Well, I never heard back and booked my needs through a competing local business. Ironically, 2 days ago someone finally returned my call. I missed the call but honestly??? Two weeks later is not acceptable. You lost over $600 in business. It obviously is not a significant amount of business to you, but trust me, I am new to the area and my business involves party planning. I can honestly say, you will not get another call from me. Epic fail.
