  • My wife and I live in Michigan and were looking to buy a second home in Scottsdale so I contacted the Hill Group because of their great reviews. I've dealt with several real estate agencies over the years but the experience we had with Steven James at the Hill Group was off the charts. Steven promptly contacted us, listened to our criteria over the phone, and had us set up on his search portal within a few hours. Steven personally took it upon himself to visit each listing on our list and actually made his own home video for us. He seemed highly motivated to help do anything we needed including narrowing our search. This exercise of video taping each house was no small task but within 3-4 days he had visited all he houses and forwarded to us the videos. All this was done while we were still in Michigan. We were able to narrow our initial search from 14-15 houses down to 4-5 through this process. At that point all we had to do was fly into town spend a day looking at our small list and pick the one we wanted. It's been a long time since I've seen this kind of customer service from anyone, let alone a Realtor who had no guarantee that it would end up paying off. Through Steven's hard work and honed negotiating skills we were able to secure a purchase agreement on a beautiful home in the Silverleaf development in less than 2 weeks start to finish.
