  • This was my first experience with Howard Air. I contacted them for an AC replacement quote. At first everything was great and the sales rep was very friendly, professional and informative. It wasn't until I made it known that I was also getting a quote from another company that things changed. It was pretty evident they were done dealing with me after they found out I was considering other offers. It's really too bad things didn't work out. I won't be contacting them again.
