  • worst customer service i have called mark since nov to come look at my tank to do maintenance after being told time after time he would call me to come by 4 months later he shows up then tells me he will get me on the schedule and he would call me the next day and let me know when and a price 5 days and 3 phone calls and voicemails later i still havnt heard from him just shows how well his maintenance would be if he cant even return a phone call
