  • Great Impasta is my go to Italian place in Champaign-Urbana. To be honest, I think the food was slightly better when they were in Champaign, but their service is SO much better in Urbana. I don't know if there was a turnover in staff when they moved over, but Champaign's staff used to be inattentive and a little spacy. Love the Ravioli Gorgonzola and get it every time...except one night when they ran out of ravioli! They lose a star for that, what kind of Italian restaurant runs out of ravioli on a random weeknight.
