  • We went to Ararat 17 last night with another couple. We each ordered something different and we were all very happy with our meals. I ordered the rice balls to start because I read on Yelp that they were good. I'm happy to report I wasn't disappointed. The order was 5 fairly large rice balls, so plenty to share. I tried the pomegranate wine. It was a little sweeter than I normally drink, but I wanted to try something different. The other 3 had a Russian beer and they all liked it. The food portions were good and the prices reasonable. There were 2 dessert choices, baklava and a napoleon. We got one of each and shared. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. It was fairly quiet for a Friday night, so I hope more people find out about it so it stays around for a long time.
