  • This location is terrible, they make you take the shuttle to the car rental center and then pick you up in a car to take you to their location same process on return with bags going into a second car again and then dropping us at the far end of the rental car center to manage your bags again on the shuttle. This is TERRIBLE SERVICE and much worse than just using Hertz gold service. On top of it the employees were not professional and didn't seem to care that we were unhappy with this poor service. This location will fail unless they turn it around. They have lost me as a customer and if they don't fix will not make it as a business!!!
