BELIEVE ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS
I HAD A DND ON MY DOOR
SOMEONE KNOCKED AT 8:15 and I was woken up.
I NEEDED MY SLEEP!
I went outside and saw nobody
Then I alerted front desk lady and she said theDNR SIGN WOULD BE REPLACED
About 30 minutes later I got another knock
It jolted me out of bed again
To my shock, a housekeeping guy came and put the sign on my door and knocked of all things !!!!
Then I complained to front desk lady who kept saying general manager named Jacqueline wasn't available
She said she'd send up Debbie the executive housekeeper
10 minutes later I was interrupted by Debbie knocking
I wasn't dressed or anything
I told Debbie the guy knocked on my door to drop off a DNR
She said : sorry there's a misunderstanding
I told her there wasn't one at all
Then I asked for a refund and she said she had no authority for that request so
I called IMG the Customer service line and gave details of what was going on
I got a case number
I called front desk (Donna?)
Yet again and asked to speak to the general manager
She said: we are aware of what you want
THIS WAS MORE EVASIVENESS AS IT WAS A NON ANSWER. They used buzz words like "MISUNDERSTANDING" -JUST TO SKIRT ACCOUNTABILITY
At around 9 AM Jacqueline the general manager called me and by this time I was beyond the point of returning back to bed
She's the problem ! She put me on speaker phone and I said I wouldn't talk while she had me on speaker
She ignored me
I repeated myself then she said "ma'am ma'am " to distract me
It didn't work
I repeated again
Then she said "don't talk to me like that". hahaha
Using projection, blame and intimidation on me? Anyway she finally took me off speakerphone
Jacqueline is unprofessional and she was defensive , she couldn't empathize with my dilemma one bit She made excuses for her sloppy staff and is anti customer all the way
She's a bad apple for sure
She made threats to me on the phone and seemed unstable when complaints are directed towards her
Hotel issues: the bed was hard and had a thin bedspread , not a plush duvet
The bath water doesn't get hot : just warm
Satellite TV was down the 2 days I was there
Placards and notepad were coffee stained from previous guest s
I wish I avoided this place altogether
The corporate office was supportive and told me they had similar complaints on her. She's on their radar so when she's fired hopefully the business will thrive
