| - Stay away. The nail techs here don't care about their work or if you're pleased with the end result. They are more concerned with getting folks in and out as fast as possible. I paid for the $30 mani/ pedi combo. My nail tech didn't say a word to me, just pointed to a chair for me to sit in. When I sat, she then pointed to the nail polishes- aha, my cue to pick a color! Pedi was done in record time, about 12 mins total. The foot "massage" was a joke, just Thuy Cam Tran (name on license) rubbing her palm alongside the bottom of my foot, staring off into space, surely wishing she was elsewhere. Moving onto the mani. Again, not a word. She fixed up my cuticles a lot like the way I'd do myself at home. Sloppy, fast and not quite like a professional. There was no buffing and smoothing of my nail. Just the cuticles and her pointing to the sink. It wasn't til I was washing up that I realized this. So I went back, picked up her buffer and started doing it myself. She took it back and 'lovingly' buffed each of my nails for about 2.5 seconds each before dusting them off and getting to the polish. Gotta hurry, Thuy....there's a line now. It was at this time that I finally heard a voice: "you can pay $30 now, just $30 or you want to add a tip?" Ha! She speaks! Needless to say, I won't be back here. It's just a sad place.
