  • I love Saigon 8. One of the best pho spots in Las Vegas! Don't expect the friendliest service as no pho place ever does, but the staff is pretty pleasant. Broth and food is flavorful. Speedy service. Never been disappointed. I recommend the crispy spring rolls that you wrap in the lettuce and the Bo Kho(beef stew) with rice noodles. The spicy bun no hue soup. Delish! ..
