I was really disappointed with my whole experience there and I think the staff knew it. It took 30+ minutes of my being there before I was even acknowledged. When I tried to talk to a women who worked there she walked away from me to talk on her cell phone. When I finally got seated to have a pedicure I asked the girl if I could see the SNS colors before she painted my nails because I wanted to try to math colors. This didn't happen. I am okay with two different colors but I didn't really appreciate being ignored.
The massage during the pedicure hurt because the girl had really long nails that she kept digging into my calf and foot. But besides that the pedicure was fine.
After the pedicure I waited another 20 minutes before I had to ask someone if I was ever going to get my nails done. Finally they started my nails but I kept being told different places to go and got my seat moved twice mid my nails being done. The guy rushed because I think he could tell I was really frustrated with my service.
I also think a patron must of complained about my coughing, I am an extreme asthmatic and I cough often. The owner I am guessing made me eat a cough drop and the guy doing my nails would not stop giving me advice on how to control my cough.
Don't worry, I won't be back to bother you or your patrons again. I am so sorry that the medical condition that I live with daily was an inconvenience for you.
All in all I was there for over two hours and nothing that happened was truly that special. I was disappointed that they only did my fingers but no lotion or massage afterwards as is traditional. I wouldn't waste my time there again.
