Let me preface this by saying that I have been a long time customer of Verizon, both business & personal, for at least 15 years. I recently ordered a phone via telephone and specifically asked for the 6 with the black face. I received what I believe to be the phone, opened the box, and it was the 6 with the white face. I went to this store to exchange the phone I received for correct one. I was then told I would be charged a $35 restocking fee because the phone was unwrapped and if it wasn't unwrapped there would not be a fee. The problem is, how was I supposed to know it was the wrong phone until I unwrapped it? The rep, Donna, went to ask the manager (Rudy Sanchez) if they would waive the fee and he declined. I have owned my own business(es) for years in the valley and I know how to treat my customers and I certainly wouldn't nickel & dime anyone, especially if they have been a client for 15 plus years. Because of this, Verizon will definitely lose my business within the next 3-6 months and between business & personal we pay close to $800 per month on average. Shame on you Verizon.
