The House on Parliament is far enough away from the financial district and Yorkville that the prices are quite reasonable, if not cheap. The food on the other hand is excellent. I had the squash ravioli topped with pancetta ($17) in a cream sauce. The bacon was crispy, lean, and very flavourful. It blended perfectly with the squash. The wine list is short, but very respectable. If you're looking for a bite on a budget, you can't go wrong with the House.
