  • My building has had an issue with one of our ac units since my store was built. I had had numerous ac companies come out and charge me a service calls and never figured my unit out. Scott the first time visit was last year and he found the compressor to be wired backwards. Wow! alot of people work on ac but very few are as good as this company. Scott came out numerous times when in the are of my store and never charged me for a service call. So when the Unit was identified as DOA or ready to DOA scott said this is what it needs and I said just get it done! I will never go anywhere else! Most ethical business practices AAA+ in my book. I feel sorry for people who do not have an ac person like Scott.
