  • I wish there was a 0 star option. Here for Labor Day weekend with 3 of my girlfriends. Check-in is "supposed to be 3pm" it's 4:30, we are still waiting in the lobby for our room. All we were offered was a $50 credit and some champagne?! Apparently booking through a 3rd party and because they are "sold out" and allowed other guests late checkout, we are STILL sitting in the lobby waiting on our room. For the amount I paid to be at this hotel, I'm beyond turned off by the W in general. Worst customer service and hospitality ever. Would have been better off at the Days Inn at this point! Do not stay here!!!!!!!! We were quoted another 30 minutes for our room. Ridiculous.
