If I could give this a zero I would! We went in June 2017 and have been shopping around for a refrigerator. We saw one that caught our eye but the handles were pretty damaged and we were going to keep looking at other stores but Manny talked to us and asked us what we were looking for and we had told him about this particular fridge but had said the handles were too damaged. Well Manny said he could get us new handles easily and that there would be NO issues in finding them. We were still hesitant but Manny insisted that in the next couple weeks we would have them AND he would deliver himself! So we bought the fridge. Well 4 weeks of not hearing ANYTHING I called him; he even gave us his personal cell number to make sure we would get them. He said he had a problem finding them in a store so he was ordering them and to call back in a couple weeks. So I did. No answer. Left several messages and he text me back saying he couldn't talk and he would call me. Do you think he did? NOPE. It is now almost October and I have had NO contact from Sears; called them today and a different manager has now dealing with this and saying he is having a hard time finding these parts. I am SO frustrated. Never EVER will I step foot or refer my family here. TERRIBLE customer service.
