  • My buddy and I stayed here for the Third Eye Blind concert. This was my 1st time in Charlotte and probably the nicest holiday inn I've stayed. So there is no parking at the actual hotel so when you pull up you can valet or self park at a parking deck around the corner. Granted it was $24 to park we decided to valet so we didn't have to worry about parking ourselves. Upon check in, the front desk was very courteous, asked us what we were in town for, and scheduled our shuttle for us. The courtesy shuttle (within a 3 mile radius) took us over to the music factory at the time we specified. It was only a 1 night stay but everything was great. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, couldn't ask for more.
