  • Ambiance: Awful Room: Awful Service/Concierge: N/A (Not used) Parking: ? Location: Excellent This hotel is downright awkward. Alas we booked it through hotwire so couldn't get out (they advertised it as 3 stars! I have no idea how they came up with that rating) The room is tiny and I mean tiny. With the Suitcases laid out there is no room to walk around the bed even. The room was clean but one gets claustrophobic as everything is so tight. The washroom is mini as well and the decor though trying to be trendy doesn't help. The Location is very good as it is right opposite Royal York/Union Station. Will I stay here again, unlikely. Luckily we were here for one night only and got out fast. 2 Stars and that is really pushing it.
