  • The good: Big fan of Lawrence here. I'm happy to see that they managed to make a decent cup of coffee! The interior is very cool with comfortable bar chairs (which is rare) The bad: The food is tasty but it's way overpriced! $10 for a tiny bowl of spaghetti or $9 for two cabbage rolls!! I'm sure the meat is organic etc but I have to order at least 4 courses to be full. I'll be back for coffee, not for food. I'd go to Le Petite Maison (or Lawrence!) or any other place in Mile-End for a brunch/lunch while filling my stomach and not emptying my pocket.
