  • Good facilities, great location, bad service. I know this review isn't going to put a dent in Venetian's business. They have a great brand, good facilities and a great location near the convention center (all of this earns it two stars instead of one). They will never be short of business. However, as good as it seems, I can't help but be disappointed in a hotel where front desk upon check in offers late checkout for an additional fee, but when I call moments later from the room to request this, they deny ever making the offer. I know what I heard and I ain't stupid. Don't offer it if you can't honor your offer. You can't pass yourself off as a 5 star property with 1 star service. Even in seedy Las Vegas.
