  • Went there for a free consultation because my dentist recommend him. Even though my dentist assistant insist that he doesn't take my insurance but both my insurance doesn't cover the gum surgery so I should try him out. After finding out that they really don't take either of my insurance and the bill is too large. I told Dr. Andre assistant that I want a second opinion. His assistant was immediately change their tone and tell me I have to pay them for service which I thought was supposed to be free. Very high pressure sale tactics here. I went to 2 other periodontist and they charge less than this place. The third one that I ended up using not only explain the surgery better, take both of my insurance so the surgery was free and he also did work that Dr. Andre missed. Few months later I got a threatening letter from Anthem Periodontics that if I don't pay the bill they would put it in collection agency. I was busy so I call them back a few month later asking why did I have to pay for it. After failing to convince them that it was supposed to be free, I ask them to resend me the bill and I will take care of it. No bill arrive but a letter from collection agency arrive not only did they jack up the original amount but charge me for a collection charge too. Wow! great customer service here! Do yourself and your wallet a favor and try someone else
