  • Ordered a piece of glass, was told 2-3 days and it took 8 days. When I finally went to pick up the glass, I was met instantly with a hostile environment. I witnessed a heavy set middle aged man yelling and pushing another employee, whom is elderly, and heard him say "just get the fuck out of the way". I was told to drive around to the back where I was greeted with this same mean heavy set man. I was told he wouldn't allow me to pick up the glass because I have a child in the car. He became argumentative with me and told me he was going to call the police on me. Wow, what did I even do other than to pay and pick up a piece of glass? I would not recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a professional atmosphere while buying glass. Holy cow does this company needs a lesson in customer service in addition it doesn't seem like it is a healthy work environment, borders on a hostile work environment with their employees. My apologies go to the employee that currently work their in addition to the older gentlemen that was nice to me.
