  • I don't have a Lorex system mainly because I couldn't get thru to their c/s. I was put on hold for, well, let's just say more than the 20 minutes they stated, not only once, but multiple times. And I only had a couple of questions, t'boot. If this is the kind of c/s they have, who the heck wants their product !! I can only imagine how they'd handle a real problem. In my opinion, I would NOT recommend this company.
