  • I don't know who is in charge of Customer Service at Enterprise, but they should get a raise! It is always far above the rest! I had a little fender-bender, and my insurance always uses Enterprise. And I am SO GLAD they do. Went into the Ft. Apache office on a very busy Saturday with a reservation from my insurance. Even though I could see many reasons for them to be stressed out this morning, but they were not. I was quickly helped, put into a car and away I went. After driving for a few hours, I realized this car was not going to be a good fit for the things I had to do for the week+ I would have it, so I called and asked if I could exchange it. No problems, happy to keep me happy. Monday morning I went in and they were more than accommodating! Easy! Thank yo Enterprise for always going the extra mile! You put your competitors to shame!
