  • At first I was a little annoyed with the place because they had told me that I had an appointment with "Dr. Pham" who actually ended up being "newly graduated PA Pham". She was really nice, don't get me wrong but I wasn't there to see a PA. I realized it was a cultural thing (lots of his staff are Vietnamese) but was still annoyed. The office was really great with handling my complaint. When I finally saw the actual doctor he was great too. I'm happy to finally find a decent PCP.
