  • 8/2017: we come from CA. We needed some pet stuff for vacation. Wow-this place is empty...and we figured out why. Completely incompetent workers. Dead frogs and fish in the tanks, UNFRIENDLY workers...it was like a twilight zone episode. My kiddos kept saying there was a dead frog and the older lady (Jeannie?) who was dealing with crickets hastily, completely ignored them. I'm not saying she had to do something right then, but perhaps an acknowledgment would suffice for young children who were obviously concerned about the unacceptable dead frog in the front of the aquarium. Just a total lack of professionalism. There are many young kids who want these types of jobs, perhaps this store should think about a major hiring change.
