Customer service needs to be trained on how to call people back when their phone recording say they will. Called Banifield at 3pm got the recording, call again at 4pm got the recording. The recording said I could stay on the line or leave a message. Messages are checked every hour.
I left another message. At 5pm called again and still got the recording, so decided to drive down to petsmart and pick up the refill for my dog. I called while on the way and got the recording but decided to stay on the line. walked into petsmart and to Banifield and no one was at the counter. I could see they were in the back. Finally someone did come out and asked if they could help me. I told them I need a prescription refilled and was told they were no longer open. it was 6:05 pm. The sign says they are open til 7pm on Mondays, I was still on the phone listening to there recording about holding on the line (22 minutes) was waiting at the counter for 5 minutes. I was told computers are off at 6pm. I told the girl I was holding on the phone and was here before 6 and all she did was shrug her shoulders. I asked for a supervisor/manager and was told they were not in. I have 2 dogs currently and several in the past and have always brought them to Banifield. If it was not for the insurance im locked into I would not come back. Not only will Banifield loose the business so will Petsmart for food and toys and grooming. Not a satisfied Customer, and will let others know the way they treat customers. They want to take care of my pet as a patient but cant even talk to me as customer.
