  • The girls at the door this particular day were lousy representatives of the casino. They were gossiping and in a circle and not handing out beads! When I purposely went up and asked for a purple one, the girl was like, "Are you going in?" I looked at her. She gave me my beads. This place needs a revamp on customer service skills and personality. Cute is not always a good look!!! The machines are too tight, as well! The cook staff were okay. The black guy back there is awesome! He is your ambassador on customer service! Won't be rushing back here for anything!
