I love the fact that they make you walk up to this bridge. Everything is so automatized and people have become so lazy now-a-days. No escalators here! You also get a change to read about the bridge and it's construction on the way up. Lots of photo-ops.
Then you are rewarded at the top of it with a view that is second to none. The walkway is narrow, so be wary of stop and go (or just plain stop) pedestrian traffic.
You have to admire it for it's majestic span over the dam as well as for it's testament to the achievements in modern engineering.
It's a must-see before you head out to the dam, or on your way home after your dam visit!
