  • After a terrible customer service experience with Hertz, I went looking for a car rental company that actually cared about their customers. Routes was fantastic from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about the service and communications with this company. I got a brand new jeep with GPS for 1/2 the price the other car rental companies quoted me and thoroughly enjoyed a week in Banff Canada.Take my word it these guys are awesome!
