  • I went to ihop at approximately 1 AM trying to get a good late night meal. I walked in the restaurant, smelled a smell very gruesome smell. My friend and I ignored it and sat down. Tall guy came to take our order, was very rude and didn't even write anything down. I ask for a pancake combo with all the works on the side (hash browns and bacon), guy comes back and says they're out of chocolate chips for my pancakes. I ignore it. He gets rude. I ask for a manager and he gets more rude. I was very mad because I'm a dedicated iHop customer and have been for a very long time. Disappointed with the gentleman and the service, as well as the cleanliness of the restaurant.
