  • I almost didn't rent here because during the initial leasing process NO ONE at the management office answered the phone. I would call multiple times a day at different times of day but still no one answered. I figured out it is easier to hold on to someone's email and correspond that way. Lori helped me throughout the process and was very nice. I leased the Isle style apartment and it is the perfect size for my roommate and I. When we moved in we had brand-new carpets and the closet space is enormous. My only complains so far are that the gym is below par (old equipment and completely silent), my maintenance request has been placed for a week and still no one has come to fix the problems, and the windows let in SO MUCH heat that I'm nervous to see my electricity bill because my A/C is on all the time. The windows need to be replaced throughout the complex. Also, the clubhouse was a selling point for me because I thought I'd be able to go in there at night and watch cable or study in a quite space, but Lori informed me on move-in day that it's only open during business hours because the computers for the management office are in there.
