  • This has always been a family favorite until now. We upgraded so I could enjoy a large tub. I noticed there was black floaters in the tub after I inspected I noticed the jets were covered in MOLD!! We notified front desk and the waived our resort fee (whoop-tee-do) I thought it looked clean enough. There was STILL mold floating in my bath. I will post pics of before and after they cleaned it. I'm just disappointed management didn't seem to care I bathed in such filth. We never even got so much as an apology.
