  • Chelvin was rude! I came in to get a light bulb. I told them I'm from L.A and I don't know how it works here in Canada. They took advantage of the fact that I'm from L.A. They charged me for a service fee that I could have done myself. Obviously I came there with a light bulb that I removed myself. I could out back a light bulb without having to pay for a service fee! They would not release my cousins car without paying so I had to pay them! Chelvin raised his voice on me, while I was talking to him politely. His body language was saying he was irritated and his tone of voice was showing disgust. I have no problem paying the fee, it was the way that was done that made me furious. Customer service is not bad at all. The cashier was really nice and she knew exactly how I felt. She even tried to calm me down because my blood pressure was going high. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name cause my emotion was running high already. I just had to give a star because chelvin really did get my blood boiling!
